On Wednesday December 1, 2010 MTV General Contractors and Sante Partners broke ground on two new transitional rehabilitation facilities.

Sante Surprise TRC--located at 14775 W. Yorkshire Dr. Surprise, AZ 85374--offers 70 all private patient suites focused around a large rehabilitation therapy gym and amenities that resemble an extended stay hotel. Sante Chandler TRC-located at 825 S. 94th St. Chandler, AZ 85224-is also a 70, all private suite facility that will be offering the same patient centered rehabilitation amenities offered in a hospitality setting as the Surprise and Mesa facilities. MTV is excited to be a part of these projects and looks forward to successful completion and an ongoing relationship with Sante Partners.
