MTV General Contractors, Inc. has completed both new construction and store renovations for Circle K in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. These projects have consisted of onsite and offsite development, fuel pumps with a canopy and a modern convenience store.

All of MTV's projects with Circle K have involved the challenge of keeping their existing facility operating and functional with minimal interruption. When the construction of the new store on the same site was completed, the existing facility was removed and the remainder of the site was developed.
