This corporate office facility was constructed to consolidate all of MTV's construction operations into one centralized location. MTV's goal was to construct a facility that incorporated as many different types of construction materials to display to clients, while at the same time providing a comfortable atmosphere to conduct business. Incorporated in this facility are a comfortable and inviting reception area, offices, a plan room, a conferencing area, a mezzanine for filing and storage, a warehouse and an outdoor storage area. The exterior landscaping and hardscape complements the building's design.
