The Sunrise Medical Center consisted of the construction of two buildings on a two-acre site. Building One was built as a modern medical and exam facility while Building Two remained a shell for future development. Also included in this project were covered and open parking areas, as well as a business courtyard with a water feature.

Through attention to schedule and quality, MTV General Contractors, Inc. met the owner's expectations and completed this project on time and within budget.
