This project included a new two-story building on an existing campus. The building consists of multi-use classrooms (weekday school and Sunday school), weekday school administration offices, science and computer labs, a kitchen and a multi-purpose assembly area. The project also included the expansion of existing parking, a secured, covered children's playground, and courtyard and outside gathering areas. Finally, existing classrooms were renovated into a youth worship area.

MTV's ability to closely manage the aggressive schedule of this project allowed the Cross of Christ Lutheran School to open on time for the new school year.
