Central Christian Church required the initial site development and infrastructure of eight acres on a new 24-acre campus, including a multi-level worship and education facility. Within this facility are administrative offices, ministry areas for education, children's nursery and preschool areas, a secured playground and a 500-seat worship and multi-purpose area. The facility also includes a second floor (shell) for future expansion.

MTV's value engineering throughout the preconstruction phase and during construction allowed for Central Christian Church to meet their current growing ministry needs on a limited budget.
