This project consisted of a new three-story (one story below ground and two stories above) education facility. Within this facility are adult and children's classrooms, nursery and weekday preschool rooms and offices, youth areas for worship and meeting, a full commercial kitchen, a multi-purpose room and an exterior sub terrain courtyard area. The project also included expansion of the existing parking lot and new secured playground areas.

MTV's challenge on this project was the excavation of a 13,000-square-foot basement in the middle of an existing limited site, while at the same time accommodating for the safe and daily flow of the congregation and weekday preschool throughout the campus.
