This project was an initial campus development with one building. The building consisted of a 450-seat sanctuary with terraced seating, a spacious lobby, classrooms, administrative offices, a youth worship section, a contemporary café and a bookstore. Also included were exterior meet and greet areas and a future pad for their next phase.

MTV was able to deliver this project on time and within budget.
