Dysart Commons included the development of a 14-acre, 185,450-square-foot neighborhood shopping center, which incorporated three major anchors and numerous small tenant suites. Also included in this project was the complete development of all parking facilities, landscaping, utility infrastructure, major offsite street development and future building pad areas. This architecturally pleasing shopping center included natural elements as well as exposed masonry and steel.

Although this project had many challenges, MTV General Contractors, Inc. was able to complete it on time to the satisfaction of the developer.
