Methods West

The Methods West project is a 15,600-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility, constructed to showcase their leading-edge robotic machine tools. Incorporated in this facility are administrative offices, a training classroom, engineering and sales offices, a conferencing area, a research and development area, and a large showroom. This project incorporated natural lighting and water conservation fixtures, as well as energy efficient lighting and air conditioning. This project also included landscape and site development, as well as utility infrastructure and underground retention to accommodate the limited available site area.

MTV was able to deliver the Methods West project ahead of schedule and under budget through continual attention to Value Engineering and quality control throughout the preconstruction and construction phases.
