Cadence at Kent

Located in Kent, Washington, the Cadence at Kent project is MTV General Contractors 3^rd project in the Pacific Northwest and is a complete new build. Similar in nature to the Westgate Village project in Glendale, Arizona, Cadence at Kent is a wood framed 3 story assisted and independent living facility. In addition to the resident units, Cadence at Kent offers its residents resort like amenities including a theater, large gathering spaces, restaurant style dining room and commercial kitchen, bistro, fitness center, outdoor gathering environments and more.

In addition to bringing complete utilities onto site and full site development, the Cadence at Kent project will provide parking, upgraded landscaping and preservation of surrounding environments so that this project maintains the environmental integrity of its surroundings.

Cadence at Kent is projected to open in September 2021.
