Dysart Commons

Located in the Palm Valley master-planned community, MTV General Contractors Dysart Commons project was a complete new build. All utilities were brought onto site and over 85,000 SF of retail space was constructed. In addition to construction of the structures, complete landscape and a 500 space parking area were included in this project.

Dysart Commons was completed on time and still is home to large national Health and Fitness companies as well as high end grocery and local businesses.
