Ironwood Square

This 14,000-square-foot residential retail facility was originally constructed by MTV General Contractors, Inc. in 1986. Most recently MTV was contracted to provide a modern exterior upgrade to the facilities. Incorporated into these upgrades is a new exterior façade, complete new landscaping, trellis walls, walkways, upgrades to ADA accessibility, new building signage and monument signage.

MTV’s challenge for this project was to complete this major exterior renovation without interruption to the day-to-day needs of the tenants and their clients.
