Cypress Court
This three-story facility included 96 assisted and independent living units and 24 memory care units which provide residents with a resort-style community. Scattered throughout the facility are spacious areas for relaxing and enjoying conversations with neighbors and friends. Also included in this project are formal dining facilities, as well as an informal café. In addition, there are common areas for large and small group activities, a wellness center with rooms for visiting nurses and physicians, a reading room and areas for activities such as arts and crafts, dance and large and small group parties. The facility incorporates state-of-the-art security and life safety systems, allowing the staff to monitor their residents at all times.
The exterior incorporates several enclosed courtyards, as well as other gathering areas, gardens and water features.
Cypress Court was completed on time and within the budget established three years prior to completion. This was the first of several projects MTV completed for this client.
