Santé of Chandler

The Santé of Chandler project marked the third completed transitional rehabilitation center for Santé Partners here in the Valley of the Sun. This project is located near a number of medical providers and offers rehabilitation services mixed with resort style living. When you drive on site, you are welcomed with a large architecturally pleasing drive and a free falling fountain. Once inside, the residents are able to rehabilitate in comfort with access to a state of the art rehabilitation facility, café, outdoor seating areas, multiple indoor gathering areas as well as a restaurant dining area.

The Santé of Chandler and Santé of Surprise projects opened within a week of each other and MTV General Contractors, Inc. was able to communicate, collaborate and effectively complete the construction of combined, over 100,000 SF of new construction allowing the owner to open their doors on schedule.
