Westgate Village

Located in Glendale, Arizona near the professional stadiums and Westgate marketplace district, Westgate Village is a three-story, wood framed, 129 unit independent senior  housing facility offering resort style living and amenities to seniors.

The Westgate Village project was a complete new build which included bringing utilities onto the site and complete sitework as well as coordination of all major subcontractor trades. Unique features of this project include a two-story hydro bubble wall, community gardening spaces, an onsite salon and spa as well as a bistro and restaurant style kitchen and dining room.

Desiring to create a community where its residents can stay, play and thrive – Westgate Village added unique features with its residents physical, mental and emotional health in mind including an onsite gym, therapeutic pool, theater, community gaming and gathering spaces and on-site staff dedicated to keeping its residents active and healthy.
