Located in Surprise, Arizona Fellowship Square Surprise is a multi-story, 313 unit, 345,507 square-foot independent living, assisted living and memory care senior housing facility offering resort style living and amenities to seniors allowing them to thrive in the community that they live in.

The Fellowship Square Surprise project was a complete new build which included bringing utilities onto the site and complete site work as well as coordination of all major subcontractor trades.
