Included within this project were spacious living suites, full-service dining, a café, wellness and fitness areas, a library, arts and crafts areas, a full-service commercial kitchen, security and life safety systems.

The common areas throughout are spacious and warm, as well as functional, to meet the needs of the residents. Exterior comforts incorporate gardens, water features and areas where residents, family and friends can gather and enjoy time together. Additionally, there are secured walking areas for the memory care residents.

Sunbridge of Sun City West was one of several developments being built nationwide by our client, but was the only project to finish ahead of schedule and on budget.
